La Travessa Mallorca Serra de Tramuntana es una carrera de montaña que recorre la majestuosa Sierra de Tramuntana, declarada Patrimonio Mundial por la UNESCO. Ofrece varias distancias, siendo la MTM 45KM una versión maratón de 43-47 kilómetros con un desnivel positivo de 1500 metros, siguiendo el trazado del GR-221 entre el Port de Andratx y Peguera.
