La Carrera Inclusiva ASPAYM por la Lesión Medular es un evento deportivo que busca visibilizar la lesión medular y promover la inclusión. Cuenta con carreras competitivas de 5 y 10 kilómetros, una marcha de 5 kilómetros y carreras infantiles. El recorrido es accesible para personas con y sin discapacidad, incluyendo usuarios de sillas de ruedas. Los beneficios recaudados se destinan a ayudas para la adquisición de material ortoprotésico especializado y a la creación de materiales educativos en impresión 3D para niños con necesidades especiales.
