La Carrera Down Madrid es una carrera solidaria por la inclusión de personas con discapacidad intelectual. En 2025 se celebrará su 15ª edición bajo el lema “15 años sumando inclusión”. El evento cuenta con varias distancias, incluyendo una caminata de 2.5 km, y se celebra en el Parque Juan Carlos I de Madrid.
