La Madrid-Segovia es una prueba de ultratrail que une la capital de España con la ciudad de Segovia a través de las Vías Pecuarias del Camino de Santiago. Se dispone de un tiempo límite de 18 o 21 horas, superando una distancia de 102.8km y un desnivel acumulado de +2140m. Con salida en la Plaza de Castilla y meta al pie del majestuoso Acueducto Romano de Segovia, discurre por diez municipios de las dos provincias. Atraviesa parajes únicos como el Parque Nacional de Guadarrama y otros lugares con gran valor histórico y cultural.
